From the first minute they dominated, yes it is the Tiki Taka style of Barca, add in David Silva and the Italians didnt get a touch for the first twenty minutes. It was Silva with the opener, the maurading Jordi Alba got the second from a run that started in his own half.

As usual Xavi/Iniesta dominated with an exhibition of passing and Cesc played the role of the false nine perfectly. A cameo goal and assist from El Niño was a deserving encore.

This Spanish team has redined the “Beautiful Game” and has shown the way the game is meant to be played. The have achieved this with humility and grace rarely seen in sport. Players paying homage to Miki Rogue a young player from Real Betis who lost his battle to cancer last week.
